Old Barn in Avarne

This beautiful old barn was in the village of Avarne, high up in the French Pyrenees. Don't you wonder who was the farmer? Did they have dairy cows who wore bells around their necks to alert others to their whereabouts and to keep the herd together?

It is on a 6" x 8" panel, ready for framing. I took many photographs in this village so keep an eye out for more intriguing paintings - and perhaps some pyrographies in the future.
