Old Homestead Barns
These three barns near Ormstown are typical of the farm buildings in this part of Southwestern Quebec, not far from Chateauguay where a major battle was fought and won by the British forces against the invading Americans in the War of 1812-14. Now the country has evolved into the sovereign nation of Canada. If these barns could talk, they would have a lot of history to share.
A leather strap can be added to this 6" x 7" live edge basswood if you wish to hang it up. It is finished with three coats of polyurethane.
Please contact me for shipping information and, as always, there is a discount if you pick it up in person.
